Charlie needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Charlie came into rescue after being kept in a home that had been forclosed on, in the basement in the dark in a travel crate with little room to move. Let out one time daily to potty and eat. This went on for 3 months until he was brought to rescue by a caring neighbor. He's now in a loving foster home and very playful and happy. Now looking for his true forever home.
