Would be happiest as an indoor/outdoor cat. 12-30-13 Update on my progress: Proverbs asked one of our favorite fosters to take me into her home to help me get over my stress and sadness. Well, it's working:) Here are her observations: "He is coming out more and more and hanging out with us. He is super sweet and loves to be held and petted. Does better with my dog than the cats. He is a sweet gentle cat that is lonely by himself. Hi, I'm Babe. Babe Ruth.. that is! My eyes are like big full yellow moons and I'm a gorgeous dusty gray tabby. You are guaranteed a home run if you pick me! My daddy was a big animal lover and had a soft spot for us kitties, but I was his very favorite. He just passed away and we will probably lose our family home, so dad's daughter is trying to find us all a place to go. We are all very sad but I'm taking it the hardest. I'm very shy and hope my new family will be patient with me and give me a chance to get settled and happy again very soon. Will you please be my forever after? Love, Babe.. Babe Ruth! Special Note from former family: "Babe was found as a kitten in one of our sheds 2 - 3 years ago. I have given a lot of one-on-one attention to him. He would do well with a patient person who will love and care for him so very much. He is a sweet & loving kitty who likes to be indoors and outdoors. He sometimes sleeps on your lap and in your bed at night. He likes to talk, climb trees and walk outside. He knows his name and LOVES FRISKIES PARTY MIX TREATS. He likes Purina Cat Chow, Purina Indoor Cat Chow & 9 Lives Dry Cat Food. Please take care of "my special Babe". I will miss & love him always.
