Lacey is only a year old, is kennel trained, and is mostly potty trained. She was abandoned by her former owner, when he decided to leave for Colorado, although he took a Rottweiler with him. :(
Lacey will be fully vetted this Wednesday (March 26), including a microchip. She was raised around another dog, and is very friendly. As is the case with most young dogs, she is full of energy, but wants to please. She is very sweet, but needs someone who is willing to work with her on manners, and learning what it's like to be an inside "family member". Lacey would do best with a fenced back yard, or a family that is very active, and willing to take her on lots of walks and/or activities. She would do best in a family without young children, or a family with older children, as she has lots of energy, and still needs to learn the ropes on manners. She loves bones, and other fun dog toys to keep her busy. Lacey was rescued after her owner left her stranded in Nashville, without even so much as a morsel of food.
