Meet Rosie!! Rosie is a very sweet Finnish Spitz mix. She is one of the three dogs involved in a car accident in Bellevue. Long story short, Proverbs ended up rescuing them after getting no response from their owners. Rosie is smaller than she looks in her photos; weighing 45 lbs. She loves to play fetch!
