Pistol Pete is a sweet, loving boy that is great w/ other dogs and while curious about cats is not aggressive with them. He came to us from a kill shelter knowing he had a broken leg that had not been treated. Once seen at Cornerstone we learned he had a fracture at the femural head and that there is not much to be done at this time and that surgery IF it became necessary would preferably be postponed until he is older. Pete does have a slight limp at times, but does not appear to be in pain, therefore surgery has been postponed. If it becomes necessary later (even after adoption), Proverbs will cover the cost of surgery if done at Cornerstone. Other Pictures of Grady (click to see larger version):
