PRECIOUS PETS' MEMORIAL WALL
In every pet lover's heart is a precious pet or pets who will never be forgotten. That pet filled your life with joy, companionship, and unconditional love. The pitter patter of their sweet paws will forever echo in your heart.
Proverbs 12:10 wants to help memorialize your sweet pet while helping rescue and vet as many strays, owner surrenders, and shelter dogs as we possibly can. This wall is a place to memorialize that precious one.
With your donation (no donation is too large or too small), your pet's picture and biography will always be here for you and others to love and remember. At the same time, you will be helping fund the vet care of hundreds of deserving pets who so long to have what your precious pet had... a forever home.
Your donation is tax deductible and your pet's face will be kept on this wall as long as we are in existence.

IN LOVING MEMORY
ROSIE (Rosebud)
Rosie was rescued by Proverbs with her 9 babies, malnourished, with heartworm, and full of life. She stole her fosters (our) hearts and we love her still today and miss her greatly. She passed 9/30/11 of Mast Cell Cancer and was smiling until the day she died. A very happy and loved part of our family. She was named Rosie because from day one she had such a wonderful "rosie" disposition.

MADDIE (Madison)

Maddie was rescued from a kill shelter in January starving and in need of veterinary care which she received. Fortunately, she was able to spend the last few months with a loving, caring foster family.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF CORA

A couple weeks after the historic floods of May 2010 Cora was brought and surrendered to Proverbs during our Adoption Event at PETCO. Cora was about 10 years old and must have been in so much pain because she had several abscessed teeth. We fixed her mouth and put her on antibiotics and filled her tummy with all kinds of yummy soft treats. When Cora's back legs refused to work anymore she wanted to give up on life. But we wanted to see if we could make her happy again. We started her on vitamins and did some at-home physical therapy on her muscles, and almost overnight she made a complete turn-around...She started jumping UP AND DOWN for a treat! It always amazed us that Cora would take a flying leap off the porch, too! This picture is of Cora the day she was adopted. You can see that she wasn't ready to give up just yet, after all. Her new mom took this picture of Cora and her foster saying goodbye. Her new mom loved Cora so much! Cora made her laugh every day and when visiting relatives she was the hit of the house. Whether dressed in a Santa outfit or wearing a donkey costume (she was the donkey carrying a pregnant Mary for the Halloween costume contest) Cora was always eager to please and had a smile most of the time. Cora even got to go to work with her new mom sometimes. Our sweet Cora had so much love given to her in her last few months on earth, and she was very happy. But her little body was done. She passed away in the loving arms of her mom April 16th, 2011. We are grateful to the generous soul who adopted you, we love you, Cora. -

In Loving Memory of Dottie
Precious dottie was rescued off the streets. she was thin, very sickly, and in so much need. After many, many tests it was determined she had lung cancer. She spent the last two months of her life in a foster home where her every need was met. She had holistic food, vitamins, a soft bed, and constant companionship. We knew she would never be well enough to be adopted, but as long as she was comfortable, we wanted her to enjoy life. she peacefully crossed rainbow bridge, but did so knowing a full tummy, a soft bed, the comforts of being a house dog,and belonging to a family
