Meet little Bowser. This sweet little guy sat two weeks in a cage at animal control waiting to be claimed, but it never happened. He is now happily at his foster home. He is an escape artist in need of a secure fence to ensure his safety. He is wonderful blend of affectionate but not clingy. He is great with other dogs and kids.
