This boy is thought to be 10-12 months old, found as a stray. Tinley is Tibetan for "Enlightened Activity".

He is housetrained, microchipped, and neutered, Tibetan Terrier. Was in a kill shelter. Appears to be good with other dogs, not tested with cats. Tinley is fearful when anyone reaches toward him quickly or over his head, but his foster is working with him for this. Because of this reason, sadly we will NOT be adopting him out to families with children.

He will be available when he has had time to believe that he is loved and safe.
