Bessie the Bassett was dumped off into a fenced yard of a known neighborhood animal lover Dec. 14. She has had no luck finding it's owners and is looking for a permanent home for her. Bessie is fully vetted and in good health. She's a young adult, very friendly and loving. She's great with children as well as other animals. She's also housetrained and rarely barks.
