Sweet BJ is one of those dogs who is so unique he is darn cute! BJ is a 3 yr. old scruffy little guy his rescuer pulled from a kill shelter whose time was up. After she took him to the vet she learned little BJ had been kicked so hard on his behind that his tail bone had been broke and hip injured but he fares very well in spite of being untreated for the abuse some time ago and it hasn't hurt his personality one bit. He is SO sweet and adores any and all attention. Because of old injuries he is not one who can go for long walks or do a lot of jumping. At times when he gets real excited and active, his hind legs will collapse but he just shakes it off, pickes himself up and continues on. The vet suggests that all he needs is a low dose (baby 81 mg) aspirin in the morning and before bed - plus lots of loving and a warm lap to lay on. Sweet BJ has had a rough hand in life but he is still young with many years left to add joy to your life and receive much comfort and love in return. He is crate trained, very smart and working hard on learning house training - just about there!
