Life can be very confusing for rescues and even more amazing for rescuers! Meet Fifel, a perfectly wonderful purebred who was found wandering around with no ID and no one has claimed him. He has one blue eye and one brown eye. Unfortunately, we have no where for this sweet boy to go - as always, we need fosters!!
Fifel is about 2 yrs. old at most. He only weighs about 10lbs. Fifel seems like someone might have been abusive to him. His rescuer says, "When we are playing with him and tap him on the rump he growls like he's scared but he has never tried to bite and loves to play with stuffed animals. We were so afraid Fifel was going to get killed in the street."
Please help us find a home or at least a foster home for this sweet boy soon. Fifel just underwent surgery for bladder stones (photo in crate) - he's one of our many $1000 dogs but we never put a dog down because of expenses. He'll make a full recovery and he has many, many years of love left to give. A $200 adoption fee would be a real blessing but the right home is most important for this sweet boy. His vet says he should have no problem urinating normally outside after his surgery.
