Miracle is named that because that is exactly what he is - a miracle! This 3 mos. old baby was placed in a plastic bag and tossed over a bridge. A motorist witnessed it and rescued the pup. After a full check up at our vet's, he was pronounced as healthy with just a few scrapes. It's a miracle he is alive, let alone unhurt.
