Oscar may have been dumped off at a kind person's home - we don't really know. He's a little fellow weighing about 13 lbs. and we really don't know his mix. He's scared of people but since he was fostered in early July, he now gets excited when the family returns home. He follows them around like a devoted companion but scurries off when they try to pick him up. He will let them pet him now. He loves playing with the resident big dogs and is okay with dominant cats who lay down the rules. He loves walking with the family but is not fully accustomed to a leash yet.
