Marla is very skiddish, but sweet. She needs some TLC which she has never known and she will be fine. It takes her a good while to build trust. Oddly, she prefers her foster dad more than foster mom (usually it's the opposite). She would make a great only dog or no more than one other submissive dog who is laid back. She ignores cats.
