SPECIAL NEEDS: Tillie is deaf.

Tillie wandered up to her someone's house, who turned her in to animal control. No one came to get her, so she became a Proverbs girl. She's a beautiful girl with one green eye and one blue eye!

She gets along with dogs but would prefer to be the only cat in the house. She LOVES people and is very affectionate!
