Shilo was wandering the roads of a rural area when rescued by a Proverbs' volunteer. Shilo had advanced heartworm disease and has completed her treatment (needs retesting at 6 mos post treatment).  Treatment is costly for us and painful for her. So sad that people refuse to use preventative and care for Shilo properly. 

Shilo is calm, sweet, and good with other animals (once she gets to know them).
She is very happy cuddling with you and will be your sweet little shadow. She LOVES her person. She is small to medium sized., however she is not recommended for a home w/ young children as they her nervous.
