This sweet boy is Cappy! Cappy is one of four dogs who all were living on "one" chain.Such a sad thing...Of course, that is all history now.
Cappy has been vetted and is spending the week with one of our trainers who says he is a perfect little guy. He is doing great with other dogs and is enjoying a large fenced yard, free of the shackles of a chain.

From new foster: Cappy is a sweet little guy full of love and snuggles. He's energetic enough to keep up with our younger dog, but is also ready to calm down and snuggle whenever the opportunity arises. Our dog has been pretty persistent with trying to make Cappy play 24/7. Sweet Cappy has put up with him so well and indulges him in some chase and friendly wrestling. Even when he's had enough, he just escapes quietly to his kennel. He has been super sweet and gently with our almost 2 year old son. He will cuddle up with him in the mornings and is very tolerant of his typical toddler behavior. He also does well in his crate and sleeps all night without a peep. He's still working on house training and is fed separately from our dog, mostly because our pup tries to take his food, and he gets a little vocal about that.

Cappy is a sweet and gentle little fellow who would make a great addition to any family.
