Found chained to tree with chain collar embedded in his neck. He was starving as well. We had him heartworm tested (Neg), neutered, and now current on shots. About 35# and needs to gain weight still. Somewhat frightened at first but has since learned to play with other friendly dogs. About one yr. old. Needs a foster!
