Toph is a medium sized shepherd mix. When she was surrendered to Proverbs she was terrified and had clearly been treated very harshly. Already she has improved 1000% and is a sweet, smart, eager to please little girl. She is working on housebreaking and doing well on a schedule. She is learning to enjoy walks and loves nylabones.
Toph will need a patient adopter who is willing to work with her and understands that she is still overcoming her past. She is unsure of new people and has some fear aggression when meeting other dogs, though she gets along with the other dogs in her foster home. She loves attention and affection and will be someone's sweet velcro dog if shown the love she deserves.
