Millie was an owner surrender when her family could no longer care for her. She's a sweet girl, although nervous in new situations. Once she knows the "house rules" she warms up. Millie is a happy girl who does not mind other dogs or being part of a "pack." We are unsure how she'd do with very small children or cats.
Millie was born with a birth defect which caused her skull to fuse crookedly and her ear flaps never grew in. While she has ears, she just does not have the "floppy" ear skin on the outside of her head. Millie's foster dad puts doggie caps and hats on her to keep her ear canals clean and from getting infected. This birth defect does not have any lasting health effects.
