Adorable Dobby is very loving She likes to play with her toys and take naps! She is good with other dogs and cats and strangers. She is not a barker but loves to talk when prompted. She loves to be in the sunshine, cuddle, and play. Her favorite thing is greeting her foster ps when they come home.
Dobby has a leg injury that will never go away. She walks with a limp sometimes and her gait is unusual but it does not affect her health in any way. She is unable to navigate stairs independently. Our veterinarian checked her thoroughly and came to the conclusion that the injury was an old one that someone did not treat and thus, she will always walk with a slight hitch. She also underwent surgery for an abscess on her stomach, this shouldn’t cause any long term issues and she has recovered well.
Dobby does have some bladder issues and her foster has been using a diaper when Dobby is inside. She is dry in the diaper most of the time, and the times when her diaper is wet have been overnight or when her fosters are gone for extended periods. She has started on medication for this which we hope will help with this.
