Here’s what Cooper’s foster has to say about him: Our newest foster, Cooper has to be the happiest, sweetest pup I’ve ever met! He had a rough beginning, likely being hit by a car at only 12 weeks old, he had to have his tail amputated and several pins and screws put into his front right leg. But nothing brings this boy down! Everyone he meets is his best friend, and he could play forever! When he’s finally tired, all he wants to do is curl up in your arms and snore away, periodically opening his eyes to give you kisses. He is now 6 months old and would love a family to play with! A sibling for him to romp around with would be great.
