Princess Isabella AKA Izzy was living outside on a chain. Fortunately her owner surrendered her to us. 
Her foster says she is so sweet and eager to please. She is quickly learning potty training and loves playing with her foster siblings. She is getting the love and care that she deserves in her foster home and is looking for her home.
