If Mother Teresa were a dog, she'd be Abigail. We rescued sweet Abigail, a 3-year-old pure bred, from deplorable conditions yet she is very friendly and loving. She has recently had pups (no surprise) and tested heartworm positive (again, no surprise). After she finished her heartworm treatments we had her spayed and now she is good to go. She was eating dirt and rocks so long before we found her that her teeth are basically nubs having been ground down so much. She joins our "Thousand Dollar Dog Club" but is worth every penny we spent! (Donations toward her vet care gladly accepted and appreciated!) She is so happy about every little thing but she REALLY enjoys splashing in creek beds. She'll be a precious pet for a loving new family. Adoption fee is $150.
