Kevin is as goofy as they come, partly due to his size. He is very skittish at first but quickly becomes your best friend, within a few hours. Kevin loves for his head to he held and a comfy chair to chill in with his stuffed animals. He would do well in a family that is home a lot because he needs training due to the first year of his life being spent outside. Kevin is pretty much house trained but is kept on a schedule and let out regularly so he has not had an accident in the house. Kevin currently is using a martingale collar to learn not to pull, although he only pulls when he gets scared or gets excited when he sees that we are almost home or an animal/person he wants to meet. Kevin’s needs: · Great Dane (XXL dimensions 54"L x 35"W x 45"H) size crate or his own room, he loves his crate and should not be left alone to run the house or he will get into things he shouldn’t. · To be an only dog, unless tested with a companion animal · Kevin is terrified of cats. · Someone willing to work with him on training, he is very intelligent and easy to train. · Kevin will only go to adopters with previous Great Dane experience. PHYSICAL FENCE REQUIRED.
