WANTED: An adorable puppy who is eager to learn
If that sounds like your idea of the perfect pup, look no further than the dogs in our Second Chances Program. We are fortunate to have a partnership with Davidson County Sheriff’s Department where female inmates work one-on-one with puppies. The women are responsible for their dog’s basic care including leash and potty training, introductory obedience and social skills. Each puppy is then sent to their forever home with fundamental skills and a personalized letter from their inmate. Puppies that go through the Second Chance Program truly have a paw up on the competition!
Male: Female: Breed listings are based on physical characteristics. A litter of puppies can have multiple fathers. We have no way of knowing adult size.
