Akita is just the sweetest boy!  He loves to cuddle and give nose kisses!  Akita’s beautiful coat makes him resemble a tiny tiger, and he enjoys chasing mouse toys. Akita is the perfect, laid back, gentle companion looking for someone who will love on him too!

Akita is feline leukemia positive (FeLV+) but is currently healthy. FeLV+ cats are equally as deserving of love, and only require more frequent check ups (twice a year). Contrary to popular belief, FeLV+ cats can also live long, happy lives. Akita needs a home where he is the only cat, or a home with other FeLV+ cats.
