Cowboy is a typical happy Papillion.   He enjoys and needs constant cuddling and affection, wanting to be with his person all the time.  Cowboy wants to sleep in the bed with you, cuddle on the couch, and ride in the car with you.  he gets a little scared out in the big bad world and relies on his person for safety and protection.  He is a playful little dog and appears to be potty trained.  Cowboy needs regular grooming and hair brushing but he loves the attention and affection.
