Hi, my name is Max. I was abandoned but luckily, someone found me and sent me to Proverbs to find my forever family. You might think that would make me nervous about people but I have never met someone I don't love. I think all people are great! I love to play with people and other dogs but also appreciate a solid nap. I'm not super vocal but I'll bark when I play and I'll growl if I'm worried. I have a beautiful soft and shiny coat with a sophisticated wiry moustache. I am a glossy black but I have a white chest and the tip of one of my paws is white too - it makes me extra special. If you're looking for a loyal and curious friend - I'm your pup! 

Other information: good with dogs, good with kids, friendly to all people, crate trained, housetraining (in progress), walks well on a leash
