Memphis Reba was pulled from a shelter where it was believed she had been run over. Once in our care and evaluated at our vet, it was determined she had hip dysplasia and most likely had gotten more lame from having lain at the shelter inactive and depressed.
Since in foster care, Memphis Reba, now on supplements and active, has bounced back and loves running and playing. She is great with other animals and adores people. The only issue she may have is earlier onset of arthritis, but staying active and trim will help her maintain.
This girl is a joy and we are so glad we saw a diamond in the rough! Could she be the jewel your family needs?
