Skippy is a smart, curious, friendly little fella. He gets along well with children and other dogs and friendly with people on walks. He’s doing well on house training and crate training, but has some work to do on leash training so a fenced in yard would probably be best. He loves ear rubs and toys and his soulful eyes will melt your heart.
