,,Dandy is a reserved Southern gentleman who is learning to be a pet with all the comforts of home after a life spent outdoors with little human companionship. He is gentle and quiet, gets along with other dogs, and readily accepts new people. He doesn 't even bark when strangers come to the door, so He is definitely NOT a watchdog! Cats and other animals are an unknown, as are young children. He loves being outside and will lie on the porch for hours. A fenced yard is a must, as is being kept on a leash, given a husky 's tendency to roam. Dandy doesn 't demand a lot of attention and is fine with being left home alone uncrated, as He is not destructive and is doing well with housebreaking.Dandy has just completed heartworm treatment and is ready for adoption. His foster mom suspects that he has a more playful, affectionate side that 's just waiting to come out. Maybe you can be the person to help make that happen.
