Fern is sugar and spice and all things nice! She is a gorgeous girl with the most expressive eyes. Her favorite things include snuggling with her people, hanging out with her foster siblings, and playing outside. She is always eager to give a hug and to make sure you feel loved! She usually wants to play, unless it is hug time, which is often. ,Fern is crate trained and housebroken. She enjoys her chew toys a lot and loves to find a warm sunbeam to lay in when she rests. She knows basic commands, and is easy on a leash. She gets along with other dogs and loves all people.,,Fern's ideal family would take her for walks, play with her often, and give her lots of belly rubs. She is an all around great girl who is ready for her forever family to take her home. My forever family will be gentle enough to help me get stronger where my pelvis was broken but will also understand how much I love to run and play. And I do love to play! I like to play tug and fetch and my foster siblings wrestle with me all the time! My forever family will hold me in their laps and scratch those special spots under my collar and along my back, whispering how much I am loved and life is always going to be good from now on. In return, I will be loyal, gentle, loving, and sweet. I will do my best to learn their ways and to make them happy. My foster mom says someone special is out there, someone who deserves these morning snuggles for the rest of my life. I can't wait to meet whoever that is! Fern has an old pelvic injury that requires a joint supplement daily. She will also likely need to take anti inflammatory meds for life.
