Who is ready for a sweetie?  Dixie Lou is ready to be yours!  Dixie was loved so much by her previous owner that she was surrendered when her owner could no longer care for her because of her owner’s health issues. Therefore Dixie is used to being someone’s pet. She is housebroken and well-mannered. Dixie does need frequent bathroom breaks and prefers to be with her human. She will need someone who is home often. Dixie is able to make it through the night without a break and currently sleeps in her own bed, next to her foster mom’s bed. Dixie enjoys sleeping in and chilling with her human any time of day. She also like exploring the yard and short walks.  Dixie is looking forward to becoming someone’s forever pet again!
