At barely 7 months old (maybe) Poe is like a typical 2-year-old child...he's into everything, plays hard until he drops, then he's out for the night or becomes a 16 pound lap dog. He has to have lots of toys out, but he'll settle for nibbling your hand though (working on breaking that). He loves to roughhouse and run around with his 95lb foster brother who can barely keep up him! A home with a fenced yard, energetic children and/or another pup that can keep up with him is what Poe is waiting for. Smaller or elderly animals would be a challenge for him because he wants to play with everyone in the same manner. He knows his name and comes when called, does well on a leash and sleeps in a crate at night but he'd rather cuddle in the bed. We're working on basic commands and potty training, he does okay but not completely trained.
