Miss Betty was rescued by Proverbs from living in a pen out in a yard, but she seems to remember a time when she was a loved house pet as she has impeccable house manners. She is housebroken, sleeps all night in the kennel, and does NOT bark. The only sound her foster has heard her make is the sweetest “cooing” sound when she is wagging and happy to greet a loved one. Her favorite spot is in the recliner to watch tv with her human. She blended with the foster’s dog quickly and easily. She is clearly not an Alpha girl as she defers every time to the foster’s two small dogs. She learned the foster’s routines and doggy door quickly and loves to sunbathe on nice days. She was spayed, had an inguinal hernia repaired and a dental cleaning done on (9/12/22). The vet estimates her to be about 4 years old and weighing 17 lbs. She is not a picky eater and prefers the other dogs as playmates rather than toys. For a small Terrier mix dog, she seems to be low to mid activity level. She would be a perfect apartment dog as she is quiet and low energy. Her endearing nature will win you over quickly and you will be thrilled to have such a nice pup.
