Why this tiny angel, Carter isn’t adopted is beyond me. He is absolutely precious and good with all people and animals. He loves having a small playmate in his foster home, and we feel sure he would be happiest with a companion pet when adopted. He cuddles, snuggles, and wants to be a lap warmer! His foster is still working on potty training so someone willing to continue working with him is needed.
