Hi, my name is Wilson. I have spent most of my life alone and am looking for a family with another cat or a dog to play with me and be my best friend.
How did I hit the jackpot and become a Proverbs boy? A nice veterinarian and her staff saved me when I was surrendered to them to be euthanized because of my limited vision. They said “No way! He is a doll!” They knew my potential and called my friends at Proverbs, and here I am!
I am very playful and have a BIG personality. I can see my brightly colored toys, so just watch me jump, flip and catch them! When I am ready to cuddle, I sit in my foster mommy‘s lap and lick her nose to tell her I love her. The only special treatment I need is for you to keep my food, water and litter box in the same place. I may also have a plastic allergy, so I need a ceramic or metal water and food bowl. His food dish needs to be raised because he chokes a little when he eats.
Because I am still learning how to play gently with humans, I am not ready to live in a house with small children or older adults. I need an experienced human and a furry best friend who can help me practice good manners. As you walk by, I will run and attack your legs but I am just playing! RAWR!!
I have already learned some human words like lap, treats and my name. My favorite game that I play with my foster mommy is hide and go seek. I like to hide and then when she calls me, I hop out sideways to her. It makes her laugh every time. My fur is so beautiful and soft that she says I feel like a fleece blanket. I also have some impressive ear and toe floof. She sent some pictures for you to see. Can we play together soon?
