Sam is the pup to Mary Jane, a Jack Russell mix, who was dumped in someone's yard while pregnant.  She gave birth to a litter who were accepted in to another rescue with the exception of Sam "because he looked too much like another sibling."  (They also refused Mary Jane because she required too much vetting.  We love both Mom and son!)  Sam doesn't look like Mom but he has her sweet temperment and will make a terrific dog for an active family.  He's 8 weeks old (10/10) and current on shots.  Sam was born Aug. 10.
