Cowboy is a smart, playful pup. He loves playing with toys and playing fetch, especially when it involves his foster’s dogs. He is learning commands and working on potty, crate, and leash training, and is improving daily! He would do best in an active household. Since he is young, he does need frequent potty breaks now.
