(from foster) "Latte is not a barker, unless it’s to specifically warn that someone is near. She's great with children; protective; is a “people dog”. She loves to go with you in the car and is capable of traveling long distances and staying quietly in a motel room.

"Latte likes to sleep in her cage, especially if it has a cloth over it making it into a dark cave. Playing tug-of-war with a piece of rope, hiding raw hide strips, and (most of all) chasing tennis balls are her favorite activities.

"Latte responds to rewards (i.e. small dog biscuits) and is very smart. She is house trained. She loves to run. And, back to treats, any time after 9 p.m. just say “night, night” she’ll head to her cage and wait patiently for a half dog-biscuit. Latte will “sit”, “stay”, and “roll-over” for a treat.

"Nothing is nicer than her greeting you with her little stump of tail wagging heartily. Know that she is much loved and well cared for and we hope that whoever has the privilege of having her will continue to do so."
