Little  Casper  needs someone that is patient, kind and experienced. He is very scared and timid. He would

NOT be good for any children under 15 or 16 years old. He will be fearful if not worked with and

may be best for someone with time to work with him. He might make a great companion dog for another small breed

sweet dog in the family. He is not potty trained nor leash trained and has never been outside. We hope to find

someone loving that understands his needs and accepts his need to be loved. It would be best to set him up in a bathroom

or the laundry room while the owner is away and he needs lots of socialization.
