Billy is still a work in progress, but he is going to be a masterpiece! This beautiful little boy is working on potty training, but will take more time once in a permanent home. He makes every effort to make friends with the dogs in his foster home. Billy enjoys a romp in the yard and soaking up the sun. Additionally. he is faithful to potty on his outside trips so he is getting the idea; he just needs consistency and positive reinforcement. His favorite toys are chew bones and he is also a big fan of tug of war. Billy is such a sweet baby boy.
