Meet Rocky ,a stunning pure bred Australian shepherd a little over a year old He’s a smart boy with high energy, and really really wants to just be the best boy ever. He NEEDS someone that has patient and willing to work with him on his basics and or give him a job!! As of now he cannot be trusted around poultry , cattle , farm animals etc. while off leash.. But on leash he can be good and redirected with patients. He can be “okay” around other dogs he’s just high energy and can be a bit overwhelming for the other alpha dogs. He likes cats .. but he also likes a good chase! So that will have to be taken into consideration when introducing. He’s high energy and gets the excited wiggles and jumps so he should be watched with the littles. He eats like he’s never going to eat again.. so no kiddos picking around his bowl when eating. He would never intentionally bite but he is just so darned excited about eating. The perfect home would be an active family with older children. He loves hiking, jogging and anything active!
