Snowy is the sweetest little dog (she is around 35lbs)! She is always happy and will give you the best greeting at the door when you come home! She is crate trained, house broken (she goes out every 2-3 hours--but, so far so good!) and does well on a leash and with basic commands. Snowy gets along great with other dogs and is playful but gentle with our 2yo cat. Snowy is still a little skittish around new adults and children, but warms up quickly. She would do best with someone who works from home or is retired--as she is not used to being left alone for long periods of time. Snowy enjoys walking but definitely would love a fenced in yard to chase a ball. This happy girl is still a bit of a puppy. She loves her chew toys and squeak toys and still needs occasional supervision and redirection to focus on "approved" items--but has gotten so much better! If you are looking for an adorable, sweet, active companion for yourself and/or family--you will love Snowy. She is such a good girl and is so full of love!
Back in January, we rescued Snowy and her siblings who were without shelter or hope. Fast forward six weeks, they are all fixed, healthy and ready to be a pampered pet! Other Pictures of Snowy (click to see larger version):
