Laken came to us from a Memphis Animal Shelter after surviving parvo. This spunky girl is a perfect angel! She loves to play with her foster brothers, sunbathe in the yard, hike with her foster mom, and at the end of the day settle in for cuddles. She is crate trained, leash trained, and is working on potty training (she gets the concept but her puppy bladder can’t always make it through the night). She would do well in a home with other dogs that she can play with and with a family wanting an adventure pup. Please keep in mind that she’s still a puppy and will grow in size. She’s still endlessly curious about everything and thinks everything can be a toy. As she continues to mature, she will need patience and gentle guidance. She would need a fenced in yard and someone that can let her out in the middle of the day if her family works outside the home. She’s great with kids, other dogs, and adults. It’s unknown how she does with cats though. She’s a lover and just wants to be loved.
