Charlotte is the sweetest Chihuahua you will meet! Charlotte came to us pregnant with needing an emergency c-section. She was surrendered to us because her puppies were stuck in the birth canal. We were completely prepared for the pups to be deceased, but they were alive and healthy. Charlotte was an amazing mom. She would have stayed a mom forever if we let her. She is puppy pad trained but easily could be house trained also. She loves to go outside. She loves to be near her person. She is a little nervous at first but warms up fairly quickly.
