This sweet little girl is the perfect blend of playful and chill. At about a year old, Pepper has a nice, balanced energy—she’ll happily run around the yard for a bit, then settle in with a bone or her favorite ball. She’s not overly hyper, just has the youthful spirit you’d expect from a young dog.
Pepper does have a funny little habit of collecting toys and chews and stashing them in her bed like treasure. She lives with a pretty wild crew right now, so she can be a bit protective of her goodies—but in a calmer home environment, we expect that to ease up.
House training is going well! She’s had just one accident in her crate (after a long stretch without a potty break), and she’s learning fast. You’ll just want to keep an eye on her in the yard to make sure she actually does her business before getting distracted.
