Jasper the Shih Tzu looks and sounds like a grumpy old man but warms up to new people quickly and is the definition of a Velcro dog. He wants to be near you or on you and to stare up at you with his big adoring puppy dog eyes. He loves to play fetch and will bring a toy to you and bump you gently with it to ask you to throw it. He does well in the house can be left uncrated when his humans go out.
