While she prefers adventuring over cuddling and isn’t the biggest fan of being held or petted, Caitlin is making wonderful progress and learning to trust. With time and patience, she’s discovering that affection can be a good thing, too.

Caitlin is independent and spirited, but she’s also a funny little character who will bring plenty of laughter and joy to your life.

Caitlin has been evaluated by our doctor. She is neurologically inappropriate but is functionally stable. She has a hypermetric gait which means that she overreaches or high steps the intended location. She is otherwise a healthy and happy girl.

Caitlin’s Ideal Home:

• No children under the age of 10
• An active family or individual who appreciates a playful, independent pup
• Someone patient and committed to building trust
• A home with a yard or outdoor space to explore and burn off energy
